Consulting Fees

At University 5.0 Consulting, we tailor each engagement to your institution’s goals and context. Our pricing reflects our commitment to delivering strategic, high-impact services grounded in experience, evidence, and actionable outcomes. 

We offer a complimentary one-hour virtual consultation to learn about your needs and explore how we can help. This no-obligation session allows us to discuss your priorities and identify potential pathways for collaboration. 

Ideal for planning retreats, executive briefings, strategic visioning, or stakeholder engagement sessions.

• One Consultant: $1,500 for up to 3 hours on-site 
• Two Consultants: $2,500 for up to 3 hours on-site

What’s included:

• Pre-meeting research and agenda development
• Customized facilitation based on institutional goals
• Post-meeting summary report with key insights and next steps 

Additional Hours: If a session extends beyond the scheduled time, additional hours are billed at $300/hour per consultant. 

Payment Schedule: On-site consultation is invoiced at the time of contract and payable within 30 days (net 30).  

Our contracted projects are scoped by deliverables and tailored to your institution’s goals, complexity, and timeline. 

• All engagements include research, analysis, strategy development, and final product delivery. 
• We’ll provide a tailored proposal that outlines deliverables, timeline, and outcomes aligned with your priorities.
• We’re happy to discuss typical cost ranges and payment structures during an initial consultation. 

 Project-Based Payment Schedule:

• 1/3 due upon contract
• Balance due upon delivery of final product

Monthly Retainers: For institutions seeking sustained guidance, we offer monthly retainers that provide a set number of hours for advisory support, coaching, or implementation planning. Pricing is customized based on the level of engagement. 

We can also provide:

• Facilitation of leadership retreats or board meetings.
• Custom research briefs or landscape analyses.
• Training and capacity-building workshops.
• Rapid response support for institutions in transition or crisis.

Travel and accommodation expenses are billed at cost and invoiced separately from service fees. These expenses are due upon receipt of the invoice and cover necessary costs such as airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem as applicable. We make every effort to keep travel costs reasonable and aligned with your institution’s policies whenever possible.
