- Areas of Expertise: Accreditation, Institutional Effectiveness, and Organizational Change Leadership for Higher Education Executives.
- Bio: Dr. Marius Boboc is a scholar-practitioner with close to three decades of experience in higher education. Over the years, his experience in teacher preparation positioned him well to assume various college- and university-level administrative positions that focused on institutional effectiveness, leadership and change management, community engagement, and the implementation of the university’s mission as an anchor institution. He has led two consecutive campuswide efforts aimed at securing his university’s 10-year reaffirmation of accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). He has also served as a peer evaluator for HLC over the past 17 years. His leadership, research, teaching, and service rely on principles of curriculum relevance, connections between formal and informal learning, grounding professional practice in community engagement, and integration of formal education into the realities of the labor market. During his higher education tenure, he has served twice as Department Chair, Director of Assessment, Vice Provost for Academic Planning, and Dean of a College of Education.
- Education: Dr. Boboc earned his M.A. in Teacher Leadership from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and his Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls.

- Areas of Expertise: Adult Education, Systems of Credentialing, Workforce Development.
- Bio: Dr. Nancy Pratt is a scholar-practitioner in workforce development and higher education with over 20 years of leadership experience in institutional strategy, program design, and policy alignment. Her research focuses on the emerging field of workforce education, with an emphasis on its theoretical foundations, pedagogical frameworks, and integration into higher education systems. Dr. Pratt has led major initiatives in microcredential development, adult and non-credit learning, and online education—each designed to bridge academic offerings with labor market demands. Her work advances the role of higher education in fostering equity, economic mobility, and community resilience through inclusive, workforce-aligned strategies. She is especially committed to defining and operationalizing workforce education as a unified field of study and practice. Most recently, Dr. Pratt served as Executive Director for Continuing and Extended Education and the Office of Workforce Development. Previously, she was Executive Director of Continuing Legal Education and Master’s Degree Programs.
- Education: Dr. Pratt holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Leadership During Conflict and Crisis from Union Institute & University. Her second Ph.D. in Urban Education at Cleveland State University, with a focus on Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education is expected in 2025.
